Directions: Take Virginia State Route. 460(west) to Vansant, Virginia. Take left on Virginia State Route 83 towards Haysi. Go about 1 mile and take left on Rt. 620.

Go about 4.5 miles; take right onto Rt. 657 (next to Island Creek Coal Mine). Go about 4 miles (past Boyd-Ratliff Chapel), go another mile, take right on Rt. 603.

Go 1.6 miles up mountain asphalt road turns into gravel road), dirt road on left leads to Cemetery. (Note: It's hard to make a left onto dirt road, so continue up mountain to next dirt road on right, turn around and head back to Cemetery dirt road.)

There are at least 13 graves with markers that have no inscriptions.  Road and Cemetery recently cleared as of 9/01.
